Your coding agents, together in one workspace.

KalCode 0.1.1 brings real project terminals and Claude Code threads into a persistent desktop workspace, with a Dashboard that shows what is working and what needs you.

New

  • Project workspaces with PowerShell, Command Prompt, and Git Bash terminals.
  • Claude Code threads with streaming output, pause, stop, and resume.
  • A live Dashboard for active, waiting, completed, and failed work.

Improved

  • Workspace and terminal tabs return after a restart.
  • Provider actions stay under KalCode's deny rules in every permission mode.

Fixed

  • Programs planted in project folders cannot run when a thread starts.
  • Drive roots and home folders cannot be opened as workspaces.

KalVoice puts your intent where you are working.

Hold one key, speak, and release. Local dictation is designed to type into the focused provider thread, terminal, or search field. Structured commands control KalCode without sending ordinary workspace actions to an external model.

The first internal milestone established the desktop shell, versioned local storage, typed events, redacted logs, OS keychain secrets, and the shared design system. It was never distributed as a public build.
