1. About these terms

By using kalcoded.com (the “site”) or joining the early-access list, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The KalCode desktop application is not yet available; it will be offered under its own terms when it is released.

2. The site

The site describes KalCode, a product in private development. Descriptions of features, plans and prices reflect current plans and may change before release. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and no purchase can be made through it today.

3. The early-access list

• Joining is free and requires only an email address that you are entitled to use.
• Joining does not guarantee access to any build, on any date, and does not create an account or any other obligation for you or for us.
• We will use your address only as described in the privacy notice. You can remove it at any time on that page.
• Pre-release builds, if offered, may come with additional terms that you will see first.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address that is not yours, or submit addresses in bulk;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security of the site or its API;
• scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others;
• use the site to break any law.

5. Names and marks

KalCode, JARVIS as used within KalCode, the KalCode wordmark and the constellation globe artwork are ours. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI are products and trademarks of their respective owners; naming them describes compatibility and does not imply endorsement.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that KalCode will be released in any particular form or on any particular date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the early-access list. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
